- Compressor-room with L & W air-compressor (Lenhard & Wagner) and the first ever built L & W NITROX Mixmaster, a membrane compressor. Both compressors fill 450 liters/ minute to 4 scuba tanks all at once. Regulators and scuba tanks are stored here as well.
- Chiringuito; this is a separate building where wet suits, BCDs, fins and weights are stored; client's wet suits and BCD's can be hung up to dry as well.
